While you move your business forward, you must make your foundation solid. Your foundation carries your success in all things, including the profitable e-business.
The dynamic is far different in e-business than in almost any other business you can start. In e-business, there are no stores to open, no employees (yet), no inventory, no warehousing, and no utilities to be responsible for, at least in the ealry stages, not to mention the incurent expenses for these necessities. Even when it is time to gather these things, you will be financially ready for it anyway.
Due to these advantages, it is necessary to focus on the internal necessities for your e-business. I have always said that persistence, diligence, honesty, patience, and ambition are absolutely necessary to attain success in this business. Unfortunately, too many people start their business when they don\’t have these virtues.
I\’m going to be honest with you. The vast majority of you will not make it after having started your business. The reason I say this is not to be disparaging or negative, I say it because it is statistically true. The reasons are entirely simple. They are pessimistic, too cynical, expecting immediate success, lazy, and undisciplined, or a mixture of these. I implore upon you, don\’t make these mistakes. You can be the winner you want to be!
Be bigger than the novice! You must look at yourself as being better than these fly-by-nighters. Understand, there WILL be tough moments. You WILL become frustrated. You MAY not make as much money in the beginning as you think. At these inevitable moments, dip into your reserve of positive virtues. If that reserve is empty, you WILL quit and thereby not make a dime in perpetuity. But, if your reserve is full of the best that you can fill it with, then you WILL experience growth and success. I guarantee.
If you feel like you\’re not earning and quit, something in you was missing. Find it. Fix it. Go again.
You must have these positive traits as you run your business. Your internal traits are fully 90% of your impending success. 90%. The skills you learn are important, but secondary in importance. If you ask any successful online businessperson, they will agree.
The first step to solving any problem is to first acknowledge that the problem exists. It is your responsibility to identify your faults, correct them, and adjust your approach to suit. You MUST understand that if you do not take action on this, you CANNOT be successful at this, or any business. Guaranteed.
Most of us in business have attempted other ways to make money in the past and have failed. This is a great thing not because the previous attempts were failures, they weren\’t. Or that we think we could not succeed, we don\’t. Each attempt was a learning experience for us. Learn from your mistakes, learn from our mistakes.
Do whatever is in your power to develop your positive virtues. Your business depends on it. When you do, you can expect to make a serious impact in this business!

Rushing through your workouts.
If you are allowing momentum to lift your weights, then your are not using muscle power to maximize the benefits of strength training. Try coercing the muscles to the point of fatigue. Focus on lifting and lowering the weights in slow and stable motions. Feel the muscle relax and contract behind every movement.
Are you depending on your workout completely?
You are missing out on all the opportunities to improve your fitness and health if you vegetate all day, and depend solely on your workout to burn calories. Make small changes to stay in shape and perform all day long. For example:
Park your car in the farthest parking space from work.
Take the stairs, not the elevator.
Be inefficient in your chores. For example, instead of taking your dirty clothes to the basement laundry room with a large hamper, use a small hamper and go back several times.
No rest.
When we undergo the stress of physical exercise, our body adapts and becomes more efficient. It is just like learning any new skill; at first it is difficult, but over time it becomes second-nature. However, there are limits as to how much stress the body can tolerate before it breaks down and risks injury. Rest and relax your body before letting it go through stress again. Rest includes getting enough sleep (about 8-9 hours a day) as well as waiting about 24 hours between light training days or 48 hours on heavy training days.
